The Northeast Arkansas Chorale is a non-auditioned vocal ensemble of approximately 85 members dedicated to excellence in the performance of choral music for the cultural enrichment and enjoyment of its audience and its members. The Chorale is based on the campus of Williams Baptist College and provides performance opportunities for Williams Baptist College students as well as area vocalists from surrounding communities. Founded in 1983, the Northeast Arkansas Chorale performs a wide variety of music which ranges from Renaissance to Contemporary literature. The Chorale rehearses from September to December and gives one performance a year in early December. The Chorale is in its 25th year under the direction of Dr. Bob G. Magee, Chair of the Department of Music of Williams Baptist College.
